Vendor Guidelines – It Takes A Village Community Healing Event
  • Setup Time: Vendors may set up the day before the event or starting at 10:30 AM on event day.
  • Booth Fee: Non-Food Vendors $35, Food Vendors $75 non-refundable vendor fee per booth.
  • What’s Provided: Each vendor will receive 1 table and 2 chairs.
  • Tents: Vendors must bring their own tent if needed.
  • Food Vendors: All food vendors must have a valid food license and follow all health and safety rules.
  • Family-Friendly Content: This is a youth and family event. No alcohol and no content, products, or displays that are not family-friendly.
  • Clean Up: Vendors are responsible for breaking down their booth and fully cleaning their area before leaving.
